Room - Very clean, Location - very convenient, just next to the King's Cross tube station, within walking distance to Euston Train Station, plenty of shops around.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
My room was located on the ground floor facing the back of the building and there was noise coming from ventilator/exhaust at night time. The noise did stop eventually towards morning. I had very poor sleep.

Close to the Eurostar station.Room clean and tidy.Some noise from ? generators or air con from another building.Out of the owners control we think.London living.No lift.I am disabled and struggled a bit with the stairs..Room clean,tidy and quite spacious.Bed comfortable.Sheets excellent

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Room spottless, including the kettle & bed linen. Budget hotel that sets the right priorities: comfy bed, who cares that hallway carpet & desk in the room show signs of wear. Will be back!

Its my second time staying at Belgrove now, and no complaints once again. The hotel is basic, but always clean, the beds are comfy and the location is excellent; so easy to get about!

I don't think there could be a better location for visiting the city, practically right in front of the Underground station and trains stations (King's Cross & St. Pancras International). The room is small, but for visiting the city it was absolutely fine. In my opinion, the cleanliness of the room was above London standards. Very comfortable bed There is also the option to leave your luggage after check-out. The blonde lady we met at check-out was very kind and cheerful — thank you!
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
A little refresh of the furnishings, which are somewhat dated, wouldn't hurt, but it wasn't a problem. One small issue was that our glasses were not replaced. I mentioned it to the man who was at reception in the evening, when we came back after dinner, he gave me the glasses, but he seemed a little impatient because my English isn't very good and I was having trouble understanding him. A little more patience and kindness would have been appreciated.

The cleaners were around daily to assist in cleaning and maintaining good hygiene.

The Wi-Fi was not steady in my room at times it’s slow or not working.

Très bon accueil, la responsable a bousculé son planning pour me trouver une chambre avec salle de bain que je n'aurais dû avoir que le lendemain, Thank you so much Maggie !. L'hôtel est vieillot mais très propre avec le ménage fait et les serviettes changées tous les jours. J'apprécie le parquet dans les chambres plutôt que de la moquette (Les chambres sont petites mais on est à Londres,,,) . C'est très central, la gare de St Pancras est presqu'en face (on voit King Cross de la fenêtre) et celle d'Euston à 10mn à pieds

J'apprécierais un crochet pour suspendre ma serviette et une petite étagère pour mes produits de toilette

Very friendly and welcoming. The room and en-suite as described. Very clean and comfortable. Will probably stay again, thank you ☺️

I’m sorry, I meant to mention that bizarrely there was very little water pressure when running the cold water tap in the sink. The pressure of the shower was absolutely fine, though.
