Great location, great value for money, but don't expect much luxury. Friendly personnel.

the WIFI does need improving. Trying to stream anything on Netflix etc is a painful experience.

Very good price, very close to the British Library. Friendly band helpful reception

Upstairs room without a lift. Very cramped space. Poor communication with the cleaner (language skills.)

Staff always friendly and helpful. Price for a double en-suite room is very good this time of year. rooms always nice and clean.

The WIFI could be improved. It can be very slow at times. TV in my room seemed to be missing alot of 'standard' TV channels you'd expect, such as BBC, ITV, CH4 etc. Would be nice if guest were reminded about 'quiet hours' e.g 12am to 6am. As a guest in the room opposite me was coming and going at 3-4am and it disturbed me and no doubt other guests.

Location is strategic - useful for those trying to catch the early morning Eurostar. Price is competitive.

No lift. Rooms can be claustrophobic - enough for sleeping but cannot do anything much else in there. Can be noisy at night for rooms near the road level. Didn't get a good wifi signal.

The room was cold, we had to comolain multiple times 1st night till something was done about it. Other than that everything else was good.

About a 3 minute walk to/from Kings Cross Railway Station. £68.00 for 2 nights in London, very cheap. Nice and polite staff. Shower was good. Free Tea and Coffee in room. Room was cleaned without having to ask.

Small bed. Only 1 pillow. Toilet very small. No bin. Nowhere to store luggage.

Excellent location a few minutes from Kings Cross. Hassle free reservation online at the last minute and hassle free check-in and out. A good price considering the location - but it is basic, as you would expect.

No lift. Tiny staircases (difficult with suitcases). En-suite timer for the light is way too short/doesn't detect when the light actually needs to be on. Frustrating to not be able to get in to the hotel without someone at the front desk, necessitating a (short) wait each time.

I’ve been staying at The Belgrave Hotel in Kings Cross about once a month, and it’s consistently a wonderful experience. The downstairs room is extremely comfortable and spacious — a real bonus in London. Maggie, the manager, and Vic, the assistant manager, are always friendly, hospitable, and professional, which makes every visit feel welcoming and relaxed. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with genuine, attentive service.🫂🙂
