perfect location. The hotel is small and very old, but that what you get for this location in combination with price. The room was very clean! Very nice staff.

Shower and Toilet could have been a bit more clean.

Very conveniently situated a short walk from St Pancreas. Room was clean and perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay and very early start

The location so close to King‘s Cross/St. Pancras is excellent. The room was very small but clean and good value for money.

The WiFi was very slow and unstable.

Excellent location at St Pancras.. checked in late evening for 1 night prior to our flight next day from Heathrow, plenty of bars/ restaurants around. 24 hour check in

Nothing not to like. Decor tired and needs updating but still value for money in the long run. Will definitely use again

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The value for money is really good. The room was warm and clean and it was worth paying a little extra to have our own bathroom. The location is by far the best part.

The curtains on the windows are not nearly enough to keep the light out in the very early morning and the quality of the mattress and pillows was incredibly poor.

Great location, good value for money, spotlessly clean, room was warm and cosy, slept well, nice and quiet at back of hotel, lady on reception when we booked out was lovely and friendly.

Stairs down to the basement room felt a bit creepy and scary, only one pillow per bed.

Excellent value and location. Staff friendly and helpful. Shower very good.

My room was next to the communal showers and toilets so a bit noisy. Also being in the basement meant it was a bit noisy with underground trains passing by.

Proximity to Underground/ very central/short walks to coffee/Tesco etc Thankfully I got a quiet room (not facing construction site) - thank you, Maggie! Possibility to store luggage after checkout Check-out not too early Nice house keeping lady
