Comfortable room and good location for King's Cross, the underground and buses.

Helpful staff on reception. Good location and close to public transport.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Nothing you can do about it but the noise from the building work opposite the hotel. Considering part of the old building was a listed that part should not have been knocked down. Also the height of the new building should not have been allowed and should have been no higher than the properties on either side of it, as when it is finished it will block the light to those properties.

This Hotel is perfectly suited for full access to London, with a Bus Stop literally less than 5 minutes walk, the Staff are very friendly and welcoming

I only have positive comments about this Hotel and Location

The staffwas very friendly and helpful. The location was great for getting around on the underground.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The hotel is bare bones. The rooms are very small. There isn't an elevator. We had a 2nd floor room, our daughters had a 5th floor room! The shower towel isn't much larger than a hand towel and is the only towel you get. There is no shampoo or other ttoiletries

Nice friendly staff, and great location... a short stroll away from Burger King, AND The British Library. Unbeatable combination.

I was very kindly allowed to stay in a double room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Nice temperature in the room. Staff friendly as always.

Only little things. A bedside lamp would be useful and a do not disturb sign for the door. Otherwise all OK.

Staff lovely. Always helpful. Clean place. Near train and tube stations. It’s perfect for a stay in London.

perfect location. The hotel is small and very old, but that what you get for this location in combination with price. The room was very clean! Very nice staff.

Very conveniently situated a short walk from St Pancreas. Room was clean and perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay and very early start

The location so close to King‘s Cross/St. Pancras is excellent. The room was very small but clean and good value for money.

The WiFi was very slow and unstable.

Excellent location at St Pancras.. checked in late evening for 1 night prior to our flight next day from Heathrow, plenty of bars/ restaurants around. 24 hour check in

Nothing not to like. Decor tired and needs updating but still value for money in the long run. Will definitely use again
