Location great Staff at Rezeption super lovely and nice. Staff was always available for question or little problems. Will come again.

I didn't realise that the room was in the basement with no windows - not as shown in the picture in your email. But maybe I missed something, or could have deduced that from the price.

Nice people, very basic, but clean and everything you need, albeit in a very small room. Very handy for Kings Cross station and very good price.

Love this hotel the location is brilliant it’s cheap and cheerful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating even allowing me to store/charge my mobility scooter.

Very good for the price in this location. I’ve paid a lot more for worse! Room was clean and had everything needed (except shower gel). Bed was clean and comfortable. No complaints at all for the price. Recommended if you need a place in the area for the night.

No shower gel in the room; maybe I could have asked for it. Only one of those little soaps that leaves your skin feeling all weird. Also no latch on the door, so it couldn’t be properly double-locked from the inside. The shower was nice, but be warned, it’s very small, and the control bit is one of those ones you push in, meaning if you’ve got any sort of junk in the trunk it’s gonna be very hard not to turn the water cold by accident while you’re in the middle of showering. Fine once you’re used to it and if you’re skinny.

We got what we paid for, a clean bed and private bathroom. The location was perfect for us, right over the road from Kings Cross Station and very close to other transport links. We got clean towels everyday and every member of staff we came across was kind and friendly. We would stay here again.

Nothing, we knew what to expect from the cost of the room so our expectations weren’t too high and we were very happy with the standard.

For £34 an absolute bargain. I only need a warm room, clean bedding, comfy mattress and a hot shower. You fulfill that perfectly. Please keep supplying rooms at your exceptional central London prices.
