What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Location was excellent, the cost was very reasonable, everyone on reception was friendly and helpful and there was a bag store for before and after check-in. Some small points, the shower was good (although there was some limescale, the water came out at a good pace) and the towel was super soft. Plus the windows opened fully for fresh air. Considering it was a small single room I didn't feel cramped.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
It was a very hot room. The temperature was above 30 when I was there, I do appreciate that the hotel can do nothing about that! There was a hot pipe that ran under the floor that didn't help I don't think. However, there was a ceiling fan and the windows opened fully, and being at the back of the property having the windows open at night was not particularly noisy. Although I put this comment under what I didn't like, I do feel the hotel have done as much as they can to mitigate this issue in this room.

The corridors carpets are too old which need changing or better replace with wooden floor easy to clean

Lack of a bin, in the room, toilet paper within reach, ventilation or a fan - propped the.window open with my rucksack. It was cramped but I expected that from the information given.

Proximity to St. Pancras. We needed to meet there at 6 a.m.!

The location was perfect for the Eurostar didn’t have to get up so early . Was clean and Bed was comfy .

Had to climb 3 stairs to get to room , didn’t know that ! WiFi was hit and miss and the TV in Room 37 needs new aerial as channels where hit and miss and bathroom was very small , Also very high steps at the front of hotel not very accessible for Disabled people didn’t see that on booking site

The worst is the lack of black out curtains, light on the room since 5am. A refresh to the rooms would also be nice, specially the bathroom, but for a few nights, can’t really complain much

This hotel is really excellent value for money and in a great location. Hard to beat for value/quality in London.

Staff were friendly and lovely- answering any questions that I had. Lovely welcoming when I arrive and came back each evening. Lovely byes when leaving each day and checking out. Room was clean and had what I needed. Bed was comfy and shower always hot. Floors were squeaky when walking but I learned which places to step at night so not to disturb other guest- I think they were the same as it was always quiet before midnight.

WiFi was little slow at times but that could be number of people using in the evening.

Comfortable room and good location for King's Cross, the underground and buses.

Helpful staff on reception. Good location and close to public transport.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Nothing you can do about it but the noise from the building work opposite the hotel. Considering part of the old building was a listed that part should not have been knocked down. Also the height of the new building should not have been allowed and should have been no higher than the properties on either side of it, as when it is finished it will block the light to those properties.
