this is thge third time I have stayed there and this time the room was not good. There was a terrible noise from the fans of the restaurant next door and in the shower room a pillar and the positition of the toilet meant I could not se in the mirror without leaning sideways. i will try to avoid room 27

The perfect place to stay a night before an early Eurostar and to stay the evening of my return. The room has all required.

Only 1 pillow on the bed, but reception provided a second one very quickly. A mug instead of a cup would have been nice, but I just reused my takeaway Costa container

Very helpful receptionist(s), close to the British Library with 170 million media, close to public transport, just right for a short stay on a budget.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Unfortunately, to the hotel, its employees and guests, there are a not yet finished building works opposite, though the hotel offers a more quiet location whenever possible.

The hotel is just opposite the train stations, which is very convenient for me because I travel by train . The staff are very nice. Every one was polite and helpful. Because it was not my first time at this hotel, everything felt like home/family to me. I love them all and thank them for being so nice and friendly to me.

There's nothing to mention. I know that it is a budget hotel with all the essentials for a short or longer stay. So there is nothing more to ask and it would be rude if other people come with demands.

Again the Reception are very friendly, it cost me a minimal price of £2 from Victoria Coach Station to the Hotel and then on arrival was greeted with the kindest Hospitality, it's Heart Warming being in the Capital of the UK. Given the keys and directed to the room, I have state again that this accommodation is in the Heart of London and gives you entire access to the Mainframe of London

24 hour reception. 2 mins walk from Kings Cross tube. Good value for money. Will use next time we are in London.

Very basic accomodation, small room. Clean and everything you need. Brilliant location. My go to place for an overnight.

Handy location and good price for central London. We arrived a little early but they allowed us to check in and leave our bags and a couple of minor issues with the room were sorted very quickly

Quite a lot of noise but to be expected in central London
