Nice room, very convenient location. Room nice and warm, good selection of TV channels. Did not use Wi-Fi.

Excellent location and excellent value, no frills but friendly and very clean.

I think some guests may have been smoking, quite strong smell during the night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with everything you need. Close to Kings Cross Station, tube and local buses.

A little bit noisy later on Sunday night but presume it was guests going to their room as it soon went quiet.

Excellent communication with the friendly staff. All were very helpful to accommodate everything I needed.

Some things didn't work such as the lamp over the bed and I mention it so you can fix it. It didn't matter for me really and was not a problem.

Very convenient location but not too noisy considering busy area.

A slight delay checking in due to difficulty getting the card machine to work.

The location is perfect for access to the train station. The room was clean. I am always accommodated per my room request. Maggie is an exceptional host. Always friendly and welcoming. No one better!

Although clean, the rooms are a bit shabby. A hand towel would be appreciated. The hardest part of the stay is the noise! There is nothing between the floors to keep out the noise of voices and general walking around the room. Especially as there were children above me. Very annoying.

Very close to st Pancras Station for Eurostar. The nice lady on reception offered to change my 3rd floor room to ground floor when she saw me with a walking stick. Room was small but clean. Perfect for one night with an early train ro Brussels.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms are a little old but very clean and good for purpose. The position of the hotel couldn’t be better, just a few minutes walk to the underground where all the London attractions are just a few stops away. We will definitely recommend and come back again.
